Spring Break

For spring break two weeks ago the kids and I went to Utah with Grandma Smith and Aunt Kenzi. It was a fun and relaxing trip. (All but the storm on the drive up!) It was perfect weather for most of the week! Here are a few pictures of a few things we did.

We got together with our friends Nic, Kandis and their son Nixon. Bryton had a blast with Nixon. He even showed him how to play some of his games and kept him laughing pretty much the whole time they were together except for when they took naps! It was great because Bryton was so well behaved when Nixon was around since someone was paying all their attention to him! Here is a video of them playing together. Nixon is such a cutie!

We goofed off late at night almost every night. Some nights we stayed up playing games and a couple nights I let Bryton stay up later and play with us.

We got to spend a good amount of time with Uncle Cameron! He was pretty busy with school or we probably would have spent more time with him. Bryton liked Uncle Cam's house because it had a really old video game, good movies and roommates that would play with him!

We took one day to go to Salt Lake. We spent our time there shopping, eating and at the Gateway Discovery Museum. We went there at Christmas time but there was too much snow to be able to see the helicopter on the roof. This time since it was nice and sunny Bryton was excited to be able to see it!

The day before we left we went bowling at the Y. Bryton had fun being able to bowl by himself and actually get a good score! (With the help of the bumpers and the ball ramp thing. I'm not sure what the proper name is for it.)
